You will be able to taste the delights of both cuisines: the real Florentine steak, Maremma tortelloni, pici cacio e pepe, Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, the catch of the day, fritto misto, octopus Ligurian style, trofie with Genoese pesto and much more.
Our dishes are appetising and light, created with prime, fresh, seasonal and zero-km ingredients, also from our farm in Maremma.
The preparations of each dish respect those of the old traditional recipes, thus handing down the genuine flavour of Tuscan and Ligurian cuisine.
