Cooking for Coeliacs

Our restaurant has always been committed to listening to customers' requests with great care.
For this reason, over the years we have implemented a series of measures to create a space within our kitchen for the preparation of gluten-free dishes, thus offering a dedicated gluten-free menu. From starters to main courses of meat or fish and home-made desserts: tagliatelle with prawns, spaghetti with clams, potato gnocchi and then mixed fried fish, beef fillet with green pepper, Chianina tartare.

And then how could we not mention our desserts: the Perugina fondant flan with a warm heart, the flambéed Catalan cream, the house tiramisu and other delights to be discovered.
With the utmost peace of mind, even for coeliacs, who will find here the guarantee of many years' membership of the A.I.C. (Italian Coeliac Association).
